These Terms govern your use of Trivia Derby (the “Service”), operated by Sandman Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and consents to any purchases you make.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@triviaderby.com if you suspect unauthorised use. One person per account; do not share credentials.
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content (including player names or submitted answers); reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or use it in any way that violates applicable law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Paid plans (if offered) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
The Service, its design, code, question content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of trivia content, or uninterrupted availability. Trivia answers are for entertainment and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, indemnity) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bahrain.

This Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Trivia Derby you agree to this Policy.
To create and secure your account, send verification and password-reset emails, run games, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
We share the minimum necessary with trusted processors: Resend (to send account emails) and Stripe (to process payments). They handle your data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is essential to the Service; without it you can’t stay signed in.
We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted in transit where deployed over HTTPS, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and request a copy, by contacting admin@triviaderby.com. Depending on where you live (such as Bahrain's PDPL, the UAE PDPL, or the Saudi PDPL) you may have additional rights.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
We may update this Policy; the “last updated” date will change and material updates may be emailed.
